The problem
A psychiatric nurse practitioner opening her own telehealth practice needed a website patients could trust. It had to explain who she is and what she treats, make booking simple, and give people a way to get in touch without putting private health details at risk.
It also had to be easy to keep current. Hours, phone numbers, services, and the states she's licensed in change as a new practice grows, and that shouldn't mean hunting through every page.
Approach
I built a calm, fast site around the questions new patients actually ask: who the provider is, which conditions she treats, what a first visit looks like, and whether insurance is accepted. Every page works well on a phone, since that's where most people start looking for care.
Booking goes straight to the practice's existing scheduling portal, so there's no second system to manage. Services that need a different intake, like Kentucky Board of Nursing evaluations, open a pre-addressed email instead. The contact form sends messages directly to the practice inbox, filters spam with a hidden honeypot field, and tells patients up front not to include health details.
All of the practice's details live in one file and flow through the whole site, including the schema.org structured data that tells search engines what the practice is, where it's located, and which areas it serves.
Outcome
The practice launched with a professional site that's quick to load, easy to book from, and set up to be found in local search. Updating hours or adding a service takes a one-line change.
